For over 10 years, I was taking daily medication for high blood pressure(started taking medicine when I was 22 years old). He motivated me to make sustainable lifestyle changes, focusing on diet control and walking for at least 30 minutes a day. To complement his advice, I also voluntarily started practicing yoga and began consuming garlic in the morning over the past year. This combined approach completely controlled my blood pressure.
